
i waited for a week to receive my own notebook purchased from dell. This is the 2nd time i purchased, the first being an Acer model, bought through company incentive program at Delloites. I was very excited for the note book to arrive.
This morning when the package arrived, i patiently open the box but to may dismay, the product had factory defects. it must has escaped the QA/QC process. I am certainly not going to accept such things. its not cheap money... i am sending the item back to the manufacturer and ask for replacements. or maybe change the model?
