The whole day yesterday I was offline. And it is all due to the super efficient, connected anywhere, market hyped and over rated Celcom. I called the customer service and the best they can do is say these magic words " saya semak no encik". I called three times, but to no avail. One of the telephony even kept me on hold for a very long period. That really pisses me off, especially when you do not respect customer and you disregard their needs.
There are two type of workers one is that is only work for salary (makan gaji) the other is those works for living. What is the different? the first works without taking any additional responsibilities except those stated in their letter of appointment. The latter is those people who takes pride in their work, take additional responsibilities, does all the task with pride and passion and willing to sacrifice. So you wonder which type of worker the disrespectful telephony is in.
