Tour of Singapore

Personally it was a successful trip for a lot of reasons. One is that we beat Singapore 49 - 0 the other is how I conducted myself during the tour.

Before the tour, I have already identified my objectives for the tour. Also I have planned my recovery things to do to ensure I am freshed from the travel and game for maximum impact. Alhamdulillah I am able to execute the plan and achieve the objectives
