Tough life

how do you show who is the boss to a bunch of under 12s mat salleh? i had a difficult start in taking control of 30kids at BRC training today.I did not plan to do any training but when andy asked to assist, i said yes.. it was a difficult start, the were either ignoring or mocking my instructions.. luckily i like to watch schoool type movies, where the teacher or coach has difficult time taki control of the kid... movies like To sir with love and Coach carter......

i started to isolate the ring leaders, sin binned them for being a distruptions to the others.. made them know who is in charged.. then i had respect from the others and they say i mean business....its a tough life being a coach...

Imran played today and he was selected to play on the starting BRC under 9s team.. i guess the daily torture is working.. Aiman to is showing very much improvements esp in his tackling..
