One of the best song that i have ever heard

I first heard this song on the facebook from Cat Stevens or yusuf islams site.. The song was re recorded and sung together by Yusuf and Ronan Keating.. I really do not care much about music other than those that I have on my Ipod, which i only use when i go for a run... but this song really strikes me...its about the choices that we make, the relationship between father and son, the generation gap and hope...

after today... this song really cheered me up....
