super league 2009

I ve been kinda busy for the past month due to the super league.. I was very surprised to see Singapore is playing the in the irb 5 nations, with the big boys of asian rugby.. where is malaysia ? its all wrong.. the rugby development in the country only depends with schools... the is no spirit of volunteerism.. singapore has strong grass root rugby development with clubs having junior rugby in their ranks.. the age groups are from 8 years old.. I am not surprised singapore will be competing in the rwc in the future... where is malaysia?
