Segmentation

" Look at the Bigger Picture" some management guru would say to problem solving methodology. If the the picture looks to big? what do we do? more questions. in my opinion, the problems or issues needs to be broken down into small segment like cutting a piece of pie. By doing this the problem would instead become 5 smaller problems rather than one big problem. The 5 smaller problem is manageable rather than concentrating on the big problem.
