Weekend in Taiping

Drove to Taiping with Aiman, Imran and Amir on Friday evening. Reached Taiping Golf Resort about 11 pm. Next morning played for NS Perantau (NSW second team) in the Taiping 10s. It was the first time since I played for NSW in 1993, I have ever played 10s in the yellow, red and black colours. It was really exciting and I was really up to it. On the first day we only lost to cobra, 2 tries to 1 and was schedule to play NSW in the quarter cup. We lost to them in the quarter finals and proceeded to the plates semi finals. We manage to beat JLJ via sudden death by drop penalty by fahmi in the semis and beat Orca Navy in the Finals. NSW won the cup finals beating Cobra 19-14

personally I was very satisfied for my efforts. I pulled my hamstring on the first game but managed to control it.
